As some of you may or may not be aware, maketimetodesigns roots are heavily based in a company called obskure. Obskure started it’s life as a clothing label then moved in to holding regular nights and promoting artists in any way we could. we’ve sponsored some sick skaters and bmx’ers in our time and had the pleasure of watching them wear our garms. we put out some tee’s over a couple of years, we threw a big launch night, we partied, we drank too much and sadly obskure took a back seat. we kept beats & beer running over the past 2 years and we’ll be putting on one of the christmas months so keep your eyes peeled for the flyer!
We’ve been asked by numerous people to get back on it and bring out some new T-shirt designs.
So in the true spirit of obskure, we’re asking you to submit your designs for a tee, we’re not about making money off the back of other people, we’re here to help promote you as an artist and offer you a platform that perhaps might otherwise be out of reach.
So here’s the deal:
We’re going to be releasing some new T-shirt designs, all you have to do is submit your designs (MAX 2 colour) to keith@maketimetodesign.com & tom@maketimetodesign.com. the competition will run until christmas day. after that we’ll sort through the entrants and we’ll pick our favourite design and get it printed alongside ours.
Should you win you’ll see your tee get printed alongside a run of our own designs, each of which you’ll be sent. however subtle or subliminal, we ask you to design work the obskure logo into the design, be it standalone or part of the piece (click the logo to download the vector).
