this seems to be a hot topic at the moment. after my follow up to the tilt shift tehcnique keith posted about, smashing magazine have posted 50 Beautiful Examples Of Tilt-Shift Photography. some great images on the various sites that are listed. i’ve not had a chance to check all of the sites, so i suggest having a good dig through them all, but i particularly like the photographs of vincent laforet. without detracting from smashing’s article too much, here a few of the examples, check their post for some truly amazing examples and images.
there are some great resource to be found if you hit google, tiltshiftphotography.net has some great articles regarding the photoshop technique. if you’d like to find out more about the equipment needed, wikipedia has a fair amount of information on the prespective control lens that is needed to achieve the result without any digital trickery.
